Yes and no. The price does include setup but the delivery fee is separate. Our delivery fee is $2.75 per mile from our warehouse in Gonzales. For our New Orleans customers please use our New Orleans website greysonseventsentnola.com.
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Greysons Events & Entertainment cleans and disinfects after every rental.

You're free to cancel at any time. Please remember that deposits are non refundable from the second the order is placed. If your event is canceled due to a rain event or natural disaster your deposit will be held as a raincheck, which is a credit good for 1 year from the date of cancellation. In the event you reschedule your event to a new date, you cannot remove items once you reschedule to the new date or you will be charged in full for the origional items. 
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete (for and additional charge).
