How early do you set up for a field day that starts in the morning?
We typically arrive 1 to 3 hours before your field day starts, or up to 4 hours early on busy days.
FULL ANSWER
Setup time doesn’t count against your rental window — the full 6-hour rental starts once your event begins. If an earlier setup is needed, we’ll call your school the Friday before to confirm.
What if it rains on our scheduled field day?
A weather-related cancellation keeps your deposit as a one-year raincheck credit instead of a refund.

Can you set up on a blacktop instead of grass?
We set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete, with an additional charge for concrete surfaces.
